Super clean unit and grounds; loads of windows, great views of golf course, great pool area and rinse off stations. All furniture was comfy and clean; love quiet ceiling fans in bedrooms, double sink in master bath. Shipyard's central island location is perfect bike ride away from busy tourist spots, but this particular neighborhood was a little far from the 1 beach access point - 2 bikes were a great bonus and worked well.
Location near the little pier on small Fish Haul Beach. Landscaping. Security. Loved the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet, never heard the neighbors, no noise from the parking lot. Not as many tourists as Coligny Beach. Our end unit was the best. The pool and hot tub were sanitary.
In April 2024, I had an overnight stay and determined the hotel has great potential.The hotel was easy to locate and in a quiet area. The staff was nice. The hotel had adequate parking. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a pool area and decent continental breakfast options. The hotel was driving distance to Mitchellville Freedom Park, filled with African American history and a pathway to a lovely quite beach.
The villa was very clean, comfortable and had everything necessary. We weren't there long enough to use the pool, but it was a nice plus. Quiet community setting. We enjoyed the private back patio.
Room was clean and well designed. Good size. The check in was easy and smooth, location was very close to the beach (walking 7 minutes), Coligney Plaza restaurants, and a park with lots of activities for kids. Also, very quiet and peaceful.
