Property is conveniently located and quiet, with plenty of parking. Bed was very comfortable and room had refrigerator, coffeemaker and easy chair. Rooms have been retrofitted with modern HVAC. Excellent breakfast options, including waffles, bagels and cream cheese, and burritos.
We stayed for a few days to visit the local parks. Our host was responsive and on-hand to answer any questions we had. We were met with home baked bread and other goodies. The cabin was very quiet, comfortable and well equipped for our stay.
Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the severe snow weather forced the closure of Mesa Verde National Park so we lost the point of our visit! It would have been a great base for the visit if it could have taken place.

This is such a cute Motel close to Mesa Verde National Park. Lovely rooms, great beds, good breakfast and a common room to play table soccer. Nice, quiet, cozy. Would book again.
