The complex is a nice size and really well maintained. The property itself is beautifully put together, spotlessly clean and colour coordinated. The location is perfect for the beach and dock. Much more relaxed and peaceful than Clearwater.
Our stay in Indian Rocks Beach was absolutely perfect! The three-bedroom home was a tropical oasis, with a pool that felt like our own private paradise. The neighborhood was so peaceful, it was like living in a lush garden. We loved being able to walk to the stunning white sandy beach in just five minutes. The house was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The room was perfect. The hotel has direct access to a quiet and beautiful area of the beach, with golf cart rides to the beach front. The hotel guests have complimentary access to the local bus to the centre of Clearwater, which is very helpful.

Unique location, as one of the very few motels at Gulf Blvd/Belleair Beach, which is directly situated at the beach; 1 free parking/room; kitchen w toaster, coffee machine etc.; appropriate furniture, lot of towels; nice pool; quiet; friendly owner/manager. Nice restaurants and food stores within 3-5 mi; only 8 mi to Clearwater Beach.
Everything …. Location ideal ….. quiet on an evening….short 5 minute walk to sea …. Several restaurants in easy walking distance…free parking…staff were brilliant from check in to check out….would definitely recommend this hotel
Great location, 5 min to the beach, but quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is convenient. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants around. Perfect for family holidays.
