The Homestay was immaculately designed and decorated. The place was very well kept. It sits on a huge acre of land hence it exudes some luxury and enhanced privacy.
The Homestay is located just about 15 mins from Puli township. They also have a French Restaurant just about 300m down the road. The food was amazing, and very affordable at the same time.
My room was a little small compared to some other rooms but it was adequate. There was an ensuite Onsen which was a perfect getaway for couples.
My room was rather open concept with WC, Standing Shower and Onsen on one side, where the bed and daybed on the other side.
The breakfast was included in the room rate and served at the restaurant. There is also a tea house within the estate.

The main selling point is the view, it is priceless.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The location is very good. It is 200 m from the bus station. The room was better than expected. I booked a 12m2 room. I think it was larger. It was quiet and clean
Very clean room and very comfortable bed. The place is located in a quiet area and we had such a great sleep.
The breakfast was from outside - was ok (if I am not mistaken it was soy milk and Chinese donut). Parking was available. If you get the room with the balcony, you can enjoy the view while having breakfast. Peaceful and lovely. About 20-30 mins drive to Sun Moon Lake.
I’d recommend this place if you are traveling by car.
A hidden Juwel in a small alley: nice garden, quiet, spacious guest-apartments, homelike atmosphere, all clean and stylish, excellent breakfast and a very friendly helpful stuff - all you wish for a pleasant stay (kids also very welcome)
It is a really nice, quiet, comfortable and beautiful accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were great, shower and water pressure were good, and it was generally (especially at night) really quiet, which allowed us to have a good nights rest.
