Nice wee place, nice pool and rooms. Aircon and WiFi a bit patchy but fine. Would be great if they has a mini fridge. Was quiet when we were there so peaceful around pool. Nice breakfast, but would be good if offered juice and water (quite pricey extras). Good location - cafe across road is reasonably priced and has a good view of the river.

Just 2 minutes walk from the heart of Dalyan city and yet quiet and peaceful. Only 5 minutes walk from the harbour.

This spacious villa was the perfect place for our family holiday. Everyone had their own bathroom and there is even one to spare. The pool is lovey, big enough to swim lengths and Omer provided plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The hosting was outstanding. Omer arranged airport transfers for us, welcomed us on arrival and responded to anything we asked for. The location is excellent. It is quiet and peaceful but you are within 7/8 minutes walking distance from Dalyan centre.
good location, far away enough from the main busy town to be very quiet and peaceful but only a 20 min walk to get there, nice size private pool, good aircon. generally good. good value for money
right mext to river Dalyan. you could swim or lounge by river. excellent host. good access to Dalyan restaurants.

The owner and staff are amazing, rooms are modern and well equipped, nice swimming pool, great location, peaceful and tranquil.
Located a short walk from the town centre, in the evenings it is nice and quiet, had the best sleep ever.
Very peaceful little retreat! everyone happy to help was even offered bug spray by the gardener. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and not crowded then you will love it! Value for money is very good compared to the hotels and apartments a few minutes up.
