I have gluten allergy and there was gluten-free bread for breakfast and I could eat gluten-free meal.
We arrived to the hotel and the next day we wanted to go hiking, but my car's battery dead. The hotel staff helped for us. He took me with the hotel's car to the nearby town (Brezno), where I could buy a new battery. He took me back to the hotel and helped to replace the battery and the car was repaired. I am very grateful to the hotel staff. They saved our vacation.

The apartment is very spacious, and has all the equipment needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and didn't lack anything. The bed was very comfortable and the host was helpful when needed but wasn't overbearing to us. The location wa perfect, very near to Jasna South but it's calm and quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the big city for a weekend or even more.
The owner was very friendly, they waited for us with some cold refreshments and ready pizza, which the children appreciated much. We went there for hiking in the lower Tatra (southern side), all important locations are easily accessible by car maximum 30 minutes. Very spacious apartment, well furnished kitchen, with all required items. We could have used the garden and garden bath, which we did not as time did not allow this.
