The hosts were very friendly without being intrusive. They were very welcoming and we felt right at home. We appreciated that very much! We loved the surroundings: quietness, beautiful nature, nice views from the cottage onto the beautifully kept garden and close to places of interest.
The staff were very helpful and nice. They helped you when you have trouble opening the door or just in general to get around Västerås. The location was very convenient due to the vicinity of the bus station and convenient store nearby and the neighbourhood seemed very peaceful with good access to the bike route. They are generous when it comes to furnishing, the fridge in our room was very helpful and very big. The kitchen was clean and easy to use.
The area is quiet, nice, close to the center of 15-20 minutes walk, which is very cool. The hotel staff is very friendly, the tall guy at the reception is so polite😚, delicious breakfast, but dinners 3/5 (for payment) in general, there were no problems associated with the hotel, I advise!
I stayed at this hotel as i was visiting a freind from england but as his neigh ours were noisy i moved to this hotel, i explained this to the man who ran this hotel as i was stressed, he was very understanding and gave me a nice quiet room which i asked for, he was welcoming and showed me all hotel facuilities.
My recent stay at a beautiful, peaceful location was amazing! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed complete privacy. The stunning surroundings provided a serene escape from everyday life. The friendly staff made my experience complete. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.
