Our host was incredibly kind, and the place was super clean and quiet – just what we needed! They paid attention to every little thing, making us feel at home. Plus, we got a lovely welcome with free coffee and tea. The location of the apartment not only gives you a panoramic view and a peaceful vibe but also allows you to hop on a bus right outside the door and be in the center of Nis in just 5-7 minutes. Great accommodation for a great price. I definitely recommend it for a longer stay!
The apartment is brand new. It is spotless, with all necesarry equipment. It was bigger than we actually expected. It is very bright. Even though it overlooks the boulevard, it is peaceful and quiet. My family liked the vicinity of the city center. Since we came by car, it was great to have the garage also. And last, but not least, the host was very friendly, cooperatite and made us feel welcome. I would gladly recommend it and will definitely book it next time we stay in Niš.
Location is brand new, all apartments are modern and luxurious with everything you need. Host was very helpful, and for foreigners an exchange office is just next-door to the property. It has a secured private parking. Very quiet place just a few minutes walk from the city center and Citadel. In the area you can find a restaurant, some bars and also a big market (Idea Market).
Great and cosy apartment, comfortable beds, clean and warm, with all the facilities to feel like home :)

We stayed just one night on our journey to Greece and it was a great choice. The host is very nice and welcoming person, we are sorry, we couldn't sit for a beer together because of my headache. Also his dog Athina was a lovely company. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has peaceful And quiet neighbourhood and a parking spot.
