The garden cottage was an amazing little place, with all sorts of saxon traditional elements. The beds were classy & comfy. The repurposed barn was a cosy place to sit and chill. The location in the middle of nature was amazing and at night one could do stargazing.
The hosts were the friendliest people I have met in a while, very warm & welcoming.

The property was so charming such a unique experience to be able to stay in a traditional home. By far the best part was the exceptional breakfast served by Laura. My daughter even got to pick fresh raspberries from the garden for our meal.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
Beautifully renovated rooms in an old traditional farmhouse offer an unique stay, going beyond "typical" tourist accommodation. This is further enhanced by an amazing view of the old fortification above the village and a peaceful location. Last but not least, breakfast was really tasty and exceeded our expectations.
The place is very nice, quiet and with everything that you need for a few relaxing days.

The place is not on the main street and it is very quiet. We loved the attention given to restoring the old house and the fact that it is very close to the centre of the village.
Everything was great! The host was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. There are plenty of things to do in Saschiz (visit the church, go on a hike, go to different hotspots etc) and around Saschiz, making this accommodation a very good location for visiting the fortified churches around (Viscri is a must), for visiting Sighisoara as well, and for hiking, biking, food tasting.
Very clean, warm and cozy room in a quiet part of the village, exceeding our expectations for a restful sleep after a day of hiking. We enjoyed the luxury of a hot bath in the garden, under the full moon. The host was friendly and helpful. We'd like to visit again.

Hidden gem to get away from the city. Great location for trekking, bicycle rides, motorcycle rides and sightseeing. This is one of the villages along the path of via Transilvanica. We can't wait to return. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. Extremely Clean! Excellent Breakfast!
Such a beautiful place to enjoy some peace and quiet. Diane is a very friendly host. Breakfast was wonderful. Tent was comfortable and the view from the hill is amazing. The pool is a great place to relax on a hot summer day. Many friendly cats on the premises. Would definitely recommend!
Transylvanian country house renovated with the best of taste and attention to details. The whole location is quiet, pleasant and the best place to relax and disconnect from the city. I cannot recommend enough this place, such a good taste for rennovating this old house into an accommodation for guests. The room was simply gorgeous, simple but comfy, cold and quiet. Breakfast was great and also Diana is such an amazing host - we felt like talking to a friend, she is a welcoming and warm person. We’re travellers and have seen enough places but honestly this was a hidden gem.
