The accomodation is simply perfect. New, modern look, large space even in the bathroom, high quality air condition devices, comfy beds, everything was very clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is super and we even got a basket of tasty things on the kitchen table. I can absolutely recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay.

Such a lovely house in an amazing location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Andre and his family looked after us so well. We were totally overwhelmed by the welcome basket. It was so peaceful with amazing views over the lake and surrounding hills. We borrowed the 5 bikes and cycled around the lake and borrowed the 2 kayaks and had a paddle on the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and the local shop sold everything we needed. There are lots of hikes in the area and its not too far from the beaches if you have a car.

The room was spacious and cosy in the same time, stylishly decorated, and equipped with a comfortable bed, big bathtub and a heated towel hanger (which is a great benefit in Azores, where the everything dries up super slowly due to the high humidity). The property was located in quiet area reachable by short car drive from Sete Citades or Mosteiros. We appreciated the thoughtful guide filled with useful travel tips for the visitors of Sao Miguel. The price was more than fair, considering the provided privacy and comfort.

Property is exceptional, an old barn turned into loft. Plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and very clean. Breakfast was the highlight of the morning, each day they brought it in a basket with fresh flowers. Coffee, milk, juice and sugar were replenished every day and more than enough dishes and cutlery is available. De-humidifier worked its magic so no dampness even though the climate on Azores is very humid. Friendly host and 10/10 experience!

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Beautiful location right in front of the lake, peaceful and serene. The front yard of the villa is huge and gives a lot of space for sunbathing and chilling. The interiors of the house are unique and gives a very vintage vibes. Attention to detail is fabulous. The big windows makes the house well lit and open. Kitchen was well equipped with essentials. The walks around the villa are beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very cosy, felt like home. Got the kitchen with main amenities for quiet night at home. We’re not drinkers (coffee and wine) but we appreciated the welcome gift. Although very well decorated, it is still child proof. My 3 years old did not break anything. The location was a bit outside Sete Cidades but easily done by walk and was a good location for hiking trails and Mosteiros by car.
We had the best time at this wonderful and really peaceful place with our 1year old son. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything and we could even enjoy dinner in our apartment if we wanted to because the little boy didn’t want to sleep one night. Only thing in the apartment Egua was the high stairs, but that’s made very clear in the advertisement and it was totally fine putting a table in front of it. This was the best place for our holidays and we would recommand it to everyone else:)
The property is in Sete Cidades closest to the well known attactions of Sao Miguel island. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Beatriz was really nice and very helpful. It is a very quiet location and if you come between June and August you will experience the beauty of blooming hydrangeas!
It's a beautiful and spacious house. You stay very close to the lake where life is peaceful. Stay here for a few days, go to the local bakery, drink your espresso at the local bar and hike, kayak, enjoy.
The house was so cute and the scenery could not be beat! Absolutely beautiful. The town is quiet and peaceful and there is a nice walking path along the lake.
