We had a wonderful family holiday at this property. It was a real escape in the countryside and we loved the view of the landscape. We felt instantly relaxed upon arriving there. The house was extremely well equipped and breakfast was provided every morning to the door. We were also delighted with the fresh fruit and vegetables from the owner's garden. There are many river beaches nearby, as well as a town with shops and restaurants reasonably close.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property, we were even provided with some extra hours on the property after check out since we had to attend an important zoom call. The villa is very close to the public beach and a small beach bar with tasty burgers. Zazere village is 10 min drive with other good cafes. The hosts of the property are very polite and helpful

Daniel - the owner is an amazing person and together with his family they provide an amazing peaceful place to stay for an unbeatable price in the middle of Portuguese countryside.
A huge +++ was that we were able to charge our EV from a Schuko socket really well with all the assistance of the owner with our own Schuko => Type 2 socket cable.
The place actually has a vibe of a 5* hotel, upon arrival there was a pack of honey bread and local liquor to welcome us which I think is extremely unusual in this price range.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.

It is lovely, with a fully functioning bathroom and kitchenette and the bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and you get to listen to the birds and see the trees the whole time. It's easy to find with GPS so not fully isolated in the woods, but in a very quiet area.
The staff was excellent. They were very helpful. I was expecting a package and they were prepared to keep it for me until I arrived. Great location, parking nearby. I got a room at the back which was more quiet.
Communication with host was very easy! Very flexible host. When we arrived, getting access to the apartment was also super easy and effective. The house was pristine clean and smelled amazing. Despite being one of the hottest weeks of the year the house was very cool. The apartment was very quiet and at the same time central. Top experience! Photos correspond to the reality. We wee always able to park the car in front of the building entrance.
