It was rural and convenient. The facilities were fine, with access to the bathroom up a narrow spiral staircase. It was great for our purposes, which was a place to sleep for one night. Lovely sea views as well.

We were 3 people and stayed here for 12 days and had a perfect holiday. The house has everything we needed. We especially loved the beautiful garden where you can relax in the sun and sea breeze . Linda, the gardener and girls of the cleaning team are all very friendly. There is a small store and a cafe within a short walk where you can get your daily necessities. There are also restaurants within a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient.

The area is very quiet and it was lovely to sleep with an open window to the sound of waves. No light pollution in the area. The hot tub and sauna were great to use after a long day of hiking. The spa facilities were small, we travelled in the off season but it could get crowded during peak season
Very quiet, peaceful location and a well appointed little house. Beautiful location in a stunning valley. With its own barbecue in a covered exterior cooking, eating and relaxing area, visitors can choose how to spend their evenings.
It was very quiet, peaceful place. If you have a car just perfect place to relax, because litlle bit away from the city. The owners were nice, helpful offering fresh vegetables from the garden snd welcomed us with fresh fruits and bottle of wine. If I come back to Madeira I would definitely stay there again.
It has lovely garden in quiet area. Lots of green and very peaceful. I wanted to stay the place has local charm, away from the town but close to the Sunset spot. It was nice not to drive long after the sunset. The room had a Dehumidifiers which was nice. It dry wet towel or cloth quickly. They have a kitchen in dining room where you have breakfast and you can use it. It is good place for a long stay. They have good breakfast.
