The sea view was absolutely incredible, as was the infinity pool, the location is perfect for watching the sun set. The comprehensive breakfast each morning was great. Proximity to the Cascata dos Anjos waterfall and Ponta do Sol is great. The hotel manager was very accommodating and keen to help, and the rooms are cleaned super quickly it's usually already made by the time we finish breakfast. Hotel is quiet so it feels very peaceful and spacious. Hot tub by pool is lovely for sun set.
Beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, the area is quiet and the view on the fourth floor is interesting from the balcony.
the free private car park under the hotel is really very useful and very practical (you can go from the car park to your room by an elevator) it is a luxury in Ponta do sol (like everywhere on the island!) to be able to park near of his accommodation!

Great stay at Sara House, hosts are really lovely and friendly people who welcomed us with a basket of delicious local fruits. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and gave us a nice place to rest after long day of sight seeing. We really enjoyed our stay here. I recommend to try out a nearby restaurant Dos Amigos.
A luxurious penthouse apartment situated in a cozy village of Ponta do Sol, 30 kms from Funchal, 20 minutes by car. Ideal place to stay for hiking and driving around Madeira island. A very spacious and fresh apartment with super hosts. The place was even better than announced, super clean, well equipped with everything you need even for a long term stay. Local services (grocery store, restaurants, cafes, small shopping center) satisfy everyday needs.
Apartment is in a nice, quiet place, with a nice view on green land and blue sea. There is a big terrace and also a small one where we had breakfast and we enjoyed the nice look. We knew that we will have activ holidays, and it was a perfect location to reach hiking ways on the top of the island. Hosts are very nice and gave us a lot of good information regarding our visit of different towns.Apartment has everything we needed.
