The accomodation is simply perfect. New, modern look, large space even in the bathroom, high quality air condition devices, comfy beds, everything was very clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is super and we even got a basket of tasty things on the kitchen table. I can absolutely recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay.

Property is exceptional, an old barn turned into loft. Plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and very clean. Breakfast was the highlight of the morning, each day they brought it in a basket with fresh flowers. Coffee, milk, juice and sugar were replenished every day and more than enough dishes and cutlery is available. De-humidifier worked its magic so no dampness even though the climate on Azores is very humid. Friendly host and 10/10 experience!

Such a lovely house in an amazing location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Andre and his family looked after us so well. We were totally overwhelmed by the welcome basket. It was so peaceful with amazing views over the lake and surrounding hills. We borrowed the 5 bikes and cycled around the lake and borrowed the 2 kayaks and had a paddle on the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and the local shop sold everything we needed. There are lots of hikes in the area and its not too far from the beaches if you have a car.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Beautiful architectural house design in an quiet location with great views and private outdoor area. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We did not meet the staff but they made sure thata we had everything we needed and provided us with a nice basket of groceries when we arrived late from the airport.
This is one of the best apartments with a gorgeous view. The house has everything! There are all the utensils for cooking, glasses, tableware. The owners provide hiking equipment! And also towels for trips to the thermal springs. A large boleon on which it is very pleasant to have breakfast and spend evenings.
The apartment is nice and has everything you need for an active, hiking stay. Utilities to dry and wash your clothes are available. Bathroom has everything you need too.
Everything. Miss Beatriz take a special care to everyone and everytime you need something. She works with a smile on her face, no metter she clean the room, work in the kitchen or do at the reception. Same rate for her staff too. The place is so quiet. A large garden surrounds your room and a fence around the property guarantee a safety for your car. Before you make a day trip, you take a delicious breakfast prepared by miss Beatriz and her girls.
The location is excellent with unobstructed views over the wild atlantic ocean. The remote controlled gated entry is a touch of luxury as is the driveway length koi pond. Loads of space inside and out. The pool was cold, though they had a hot tub which allowed cold swimming and then warming up after. I got quite addicted to my morning cold plunges! All the rooms have beautiful views and are enormous.
Value for money for the price paid in early April. Stayed in 110 bungalow overnight. It exceeded expectations , it was very modern and clean. It was a quiet location even with a wedding taking place in the main building.
Quiet environment, homely atmosphere, good location on island to reach sites, super engaged and helpful host. We highly enjoyed our stay there, preferred to stay more if schedule had allowed:) The room was spacious and clean, with very comfy bed. Nice breakfast was included. :)

This place is unique und such a peaceful place to visit. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friend and family. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay on São Miguel that is well-connected to all the touristy places across the island (and you like cats ;-)) then this is the place for you!
This place is a gem. Amazing view over the ocean and the island, lovely apartments/bungalows, free parking, pool, barbecue area, laundry room, super friendly staff. This is not for those who want extreme luxury or comfort. But those who are a bit flexible and have an adventurous spirit, will be more than satisfied! WE LOVED IT! Cozy, quiet and revealing this breathtaking landscape. I doubt there is better value for money on the island!
The owner was helpful and very flexible. Even if it was her birthday she could manage everything and she followed our timetables to be available for the check-in. The area is very quiet and peaceful, very strategic to reach the airport and the other islands spots. The bungalow was huge and it looks more like a wooden house than a bungalow because it's very wide and with own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and also a sofa. Very very good and recommended!
