Francisco and Lucília renovated their old family estate and converted the summer house next to it into a rental apartment and rooms. The apartment is not fancy or modern like many rental apartments. However, we found it convenient, with everything we needed, and gave us some feeling of family life in Terceira. The quinta is surrounded by a wall and the large garden provides an atmosphere of tranquility and beauty.
Having breakfast with Francisco and Lucília in their interesting house gave us some understanding of life of a community on a small island. We would have been happy to continue talking for a few more hours.
It was an experience very different from our other stays in the Azores. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was impeccably clean and incredibly quiet. We was impressed by the unique and elegant design, as well as the extensive breakfast options. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, although it's worth noting that you'll need to find parking nearby and then walk for 5-10 minutes.

Large flat with 2 bedrooms (one with 2 separate beds, the other with a small double bed) and 2 large bathrooms. Very complete kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Large balcony with lovely view. Good air conditioning and WiFi. Quiet. Close to city and swimming spot.
I highly recommend staying at Angra Heritage. A great place to stay in Terceira, very clean and modern, right in the city center, but quiet and peaceful. If I come back to the Azores, I will definitely come back to this hotel. Best regards to Mrs. Linda for her help on site.
The hotel is superb and the staff take great care. The breakfast is very complete and good. The parking lot is easily accessible and we always found space there. Access from the outside is very practical (in the event of a day of hiking for example). The swimming pool accessible all day (and night) is very appreciable and the view is magnificent over Angra do Heroismo.
The rooms are very quiet and have a small terrace.

This family-run business is enchanting under every point of view. The house is set in the quiet countryside of Terceira, the hosts are caring and kind and they will do their best to provide you with everything you need, their home made food is fresh and tasty (super recommended!) and the rooms are cozy and very clean.
They have three goats in the courtyard and a friendly and cuddly she-dog.
The location is beautiful, close to the city center, with a gorgeous view of the bay, and still providing lots of quiet and peaceful moments.
The hosts are amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time.
