Did not opt for breakfast. The common rooms were impeccably appointed with remarkably excellent taste and a special regard for comfort and ambience. Our room had plenty of space for storage, large and safe bathroom with excellent water pressure. Comfortable beds and towels and the lighting was well designed.

we loved our stay! it was the perfect rural retreat! we explored all the castles and ruins around us, only 1 hour or less to most sights. the use of the grill for our dinner was wonderful, as was the relaxing day around the pool. would highly recommend Casa Da Azenha Castellem.

Like staying in a museum. Loved ordering traditional dinner from the house host and having it delivered.

The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and locally sourced food. We were picked up from town and taken back to town to continue the Camino. Very quiet rooms.

Its a lovely home with peaceful garden and friendly pets. It’s quiet and very clean, with loads of details to make you feel good. In the morning wait for you healthy breakfast if homemade and healthy meals. We stayed only one night, but would always come back!
The host has been very nice and easy to communicate with even though the arrival was on the 24th of December, on the holiday. The house had all the needed amenities and the fireplace and air condition is able to heat up the house nicely. We really enjoyed the peaceful location in nature.
Quinta dos Church is a great place to stay in some less known part of Portugal. Quiet and peaceful countryside vibes.
The breakfast is delicious with homemade fruit jams and cherry tomatoes from the garden. We enjoy a lot the time spent in the house and the kindness of the hosts.
