If you are looking for peace and quiet and comfort and charm…..then look no further…..this place is absolutely lovely. As an added bonus, homemade bread and fresh eggs are given as well. Impossible to fault. This was our second stay here and I have no doubt at all that we will stay again. 10/10 😊

Beautiful, quiet location in the countryside but so close to Te Awamutu. Lots of space, comfy beds and the extras of bread, eggs and milk was greatly enjoyed. Loved staying in a 'piece of history!'

This is our second time to this beautiful property. Parking: Outside the front door, plenty space to turn the vehicle around, and the ground it flat. Hosting: Friendly and great to talk too. Most places give you a code to get into the property and you never see the host person. Food: Tasty bread and fresh farm eggs Is a treat. Clean: Very clean property. Linen: Plenty towels, hand towels etc Warmth: 2 lovely heat pumps. Environment: Peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and much history in the Old School House. Equipment: Has everything.

Loved this place! So cute & comfortable. Such great history in this old schoolhouse. Absolutely gorgeous location in the country - peaceful, quiet & so pretty. Plus only a short drive into Te Awamutu town. The host supplied fresh homemade bread, butter & eggs for breakfast.
