It was a clean, quiet, comfortable, peaceful stay. The highlight of the trip was the new friend we met -- All Black. He is a cat randomly came in and played with us. He is very cute and friendly. We enjoyed the time spent with him.

They go the extra mile to make your stay an enjoyable experience i.e complimentary delicious choc brownies and choc chip cookies freshly baked and ready for you on arrival and cranola, sour dough sliced bread and spreads, tea, coffee milk for your brekkie. Super comfy bed with quality linen, towels. A peaceful and quiet location.

It was a beautiful little cottage in the countryside - it was very quiet and peaceful! Short drive to town to restaurants and shops, and not far from Hobbiton which is why we went to Matamata originally. The owners of this BnB take great care of it and a lot of love has gone into setting it up.
