A really great find. Traditional Kiwi room just out of the township. Very comfy bed, good bathroom and kitchen facilities but the main thing that makes this place so special are the little touches like homemade biscuits for the tea and coffee on arrival, the CD player / radio. We've now stayed here twice as it's so quiet and peaceful and just out of town. Great place to break thew journey down South.
Absolutely everything. The room was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We had all we needed for breakfast; fresh bread, jams, fresh fruits from their garden, etc. Colleen and Leo are warm, fabulous hosts! They gave us a tour in their garden and were very friendly. Awesome choice for couples who want a quiet and peaceful rest.
The little cottage has a very welcoming and cosy appeal, fully equipped kitchen, incl coffee, tea, biscuits, milk etc.
Everything is kept tidy and clean, the rural setting peaceful and quiet. Hosts are very friendly and courteous and make you feel home.
This property was perfect for us, quiet and out in the countryside. Everything that we needed for our stay was available. Ricky was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble. Biscuits and plenty of milk available each afternoon. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
