Find the country houses that appeal to you the most
Looking for a country house?
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
They are very eco, don't use single use plastic. A lot of their food is farm to table, and the room is incredible. Very peaceful and many things to do, best hotel in the neigbourhood for sure
Quiet place with a nice view to the mountains and the lake. The very friendly owner helped us with a lot of practical tips for our hiking tours nearby.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, very good communication, the beds were comfortable, the green area, pool, and jacuzzi were quite nice, nice breakfast if included, very quiet and chilled surroundings. Pet friendly, but if you dont want your dog to interact with other dogs, don't bring it.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Several of them spoke great English and all of them were patient with my beginner Spanish as well. Property was small, beautiful, and quiet with plenty of places of stretch out and relax. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
Location is good as the view is lovely, there is parking but you are in a neighbouring town well outside Valle de Bravo. It can take up to 30 minutes to drive to the centre at busy times.
The rooms are well decorated, the pool area is lovely and great for swimming. The gardens are well tended and it's very peaceful and relaxing.
Staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The inclusive breakfast is fairly basic but there are options to pay for hot items.
The location was quiet and relaxing. The property was generally well equipped but things were missing - staff were so happy to help to recify these things though. Service was generally exceptional and extremely friendly.
Beautiful, peaceful in the middle of nowhere.
Staff were very attentive to our needs, answering queries within minutes!
Cabin is cosy, with a fireplace they help you light when it gets chilly in the evenings. Basic kitchen easy to warm up simple meals. They even ordered breakfast from a nearby restaurant for us! Cute little outside area with a bench and grill. Very quiet and far from the other cabins! Loved the resident dogs and cat! Only 10 minutes from the butterfly santuary and the main road leading there was full of butterflies!
