This Tulum Villas exceeded all our expectations. It was the perfect base for us and we can’t wait to return for a month stay. it has everything for comfy long term living . We been many places in this village but this villas is really gem ro a price . Super well equipped. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in place like Tulum where its hard to find luxury
Perfect location - easy access to city (walkable) and beach / cenotes / archeological sites (by bike), while location provided a quiet retreat. Staff went above and beyond, including arranging last minute transport from the airport. Such a beautiful spot and peaceful trip, just what I needed!
This is an excellent property in a prime location, close to the ADO, restaurants, bars, colectivos, supermarkets, bike hires, really everything. Our room was delightful, spacious, with a hammock on the balcony for an afternoon relax, a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Given the location on the busy street, the room was quiet and peaceful. The staff were all lovely and the young man on the reception afternoon shift was really helpful. We had a wonderful stay in Tulum.

Everything was thought with care and i felt at home straight away.
The beds were very comfortable, the hostel is very quiet and has a homy vibe.
The pool area is so nice, with the bar and the open kitchen, they also have te mazcal ceremony which i highly recommend doing!

The place offers great value for money compared to other hotels in Tulum Playa. It is relatively quiet (even you may hear the generator of other hotel in the backgroud but it was at low level so not disturbing for us). The breakfast is great and consists primarily of a plate with fresh fruits. The cenote is peaceful and very relaxing after sea beach. You can have a free access to the beach though the Dos Ceibas hotel (~15 min by foot).
Very peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. It is on the edge of Tulum so it was mostly quiet. The pool was very refreshing with comfy sunbeds to relax on. The room was clean and had everything we needed with a comfy bed, warm shower and AC. The staff were very friendly. The coffee was good! It was great value for money.
Amazing turquise ocean view from your private pool in the middle of the jungle, priceless. We felt like in a hidden paradise. So peaceful, quiet and private. The apartment itself is big enough as well, we love spacious flats (not a 15 nm hotel room), we could imagine to even live here for a couple of months. If you want to feel yourself like people in a luxury travel magazine cover, this is definitely your place. much better than staying in Tulum, here were NO seaweed, compared to Tulums beaches where the smell was horrible.
This was absolutely the best place we have stayed. Amazing value for price. The staff were wonderful and helpful, peaceful and quiet neighborhood with many places to eat nearby. The room was tidy and extremely comfortable. I've been traveling through the region for a couple weeks and this was by far my favorite stay. The pool was absolutely lovely especially since the beaches were hard to access. Felt like a luxury stay for an accessible price. Excellent wifi too.
