Very cute and cosy villa easy walking distance to the lake. Equipped with everything you need to stay/cook. The manager of the place was amazing. Got his friend to pick me up from the bus stop when I had no idea where I was going and even gave me a lift back later at night in the dark when I needed. There's a walking track you can cut through over the train racks between the house and Virpazar so you can miss most of the main road which is sketchy at night.

Marko is an incredible host, so friendly and goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great to have kitchen facilities and a lovely balcony to relax on at the end of the day. We loved our boat tour and recommend doing a private one with Marko in the morning!

Great apartment, equipped with everything you need, clean, linens and towels smelled fresh and clean. Peaceful and quiet place, great for vacation, just a few kilometers from Budva. The owners are great people, nice, hospitable and always there for anything needed. During our stay we also received a dessert home-made by the owners (strudel with apple and cinnamon). A great gesture from them. The next time we come to Budva, this apartment will be our choice.
Everything was excellent, the new room with daily cleaning, comfortable bed. Good breakfast with a wide selection of food. The friendliest staff, each one was kind and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the sea front & a few yards from the restaurants that line the bay. Considering the central location, the hotel was quiet & peaceful. Our hotel balcony overlooked the beach, the view was stunning. We left the doors open at night so we could hear the ripples of the sea coming in to shore. Our stay was perfect & we can’t wait to go back! Breakfast was lovely, staff were so friendly & helpful. 10/10!
One of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. Villa is huge, comfortable and quiet. Our host was very kind and friendly. This place has definitely met our expectations and I would recommend everyone who is looking for private and peaceful place near Budva!

Employees in the reception and bar are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and Montenegrin tourism industry.
