Special mention to Anne at the Ark, expert in aromatherapy massage. The Ark is so relaxing and so quiet with a true emphasis on the animals. We have been drawn back to this beautiful place several times over the last 32 years and will continue to return.
The place is so clean, spacious,the ambiance is good,quiet environment and a good get away place with family and friends. The staff and host is so friendly and flexible. Security very good also.Will definitely come back and refer.
This self-catering cottage is located in a serene setting with loads of nature and greenery. It is very quiet and peaceful making it an ideal location for a getaway. The kitchen is also well-equipped with the utensils one would need to self-cater. It can get chilly at night but the rooms have heaters to keep you warm and there is also a fireplace in the living area where a fire can be made up for you on request. The host and his caretaker were also very helpful and responsive! My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay!
