I just had the most amazing time at this guest house and I had to share! Nao san and Yuki san were incredibly helpful during my stay, making me feel right at home.
Now, about Nao san's cooking—absolutely top-notch! Every meal had its own unique style, and I couldn't get enough. I found myself preferring to dine in rather than going out. Trust me, you won't want to miss Nao san's fantastic meals!
And picture this: having breakfast in the dining room with a quiet snowy view and cute squirrels around—what a way to start the ski day!
The location was spot-on too, right between Furano and Kitanomine, just a quick 5-minute drive to either side. So convenient for exploring!

The host was so kind. Everything was delightful. The dinner he made us, the linens were amazing, beds were really comfortable, and the sauna and drum bath was so relaxing and fun. The moon was rising and snow falling while we soaked/ sauna.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
Host Takaaki was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and secluded, as it was a 20-min drive to town. The rooms were spacious and tatami beds comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped and everything worked. We were even supplied with milk, juices, eggs and bread for our breakfast. Great value for money, especially given all the overpriced properties in town.
Amazing stay at coconiwa furano! It's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It's nestled in a peaceful location surrounded by nature and is beautifully decorated and well furnished, love the attention to detail.The host and his family is very hospitable and warm.
This inn is super clean and very well maintained especially the tatami room we stayed in. Great service and hospitality from the owners, Wang and her husband. My stay was without breakfast but coffee at the lounge is complimentary. At night, it is quiet and peaceful. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to Tomita Farm. Located at Nakafurano, it is about a 15 minutes drive to Furano (where restaurants are located). I will come back and stay here if I visit Furano and Biei again.
Beautiful, sparkling clean and new property. Owner lives in the unit on ground floor, so she'll meet you on check in. This unit is located 1 floor up, so there is a flight of rather steep stairs to navigate. Separate entrances, so no need to fret. Well located, in Central furano, but one or 2 streets off the main strip, so it's quiet and peaceful, yet very near to huge DCM (superstore) and big supermarket. Plenty of nearby restaurants within 5 min drive. Wished I had stayed longer.
This hotel is the Dormy Inn Premium, a relatively new establishment located in a quiet and peaceful area. The large public hot spring is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the outdoor bath offers an excellent view of the Daisetsuzan mountain range. The rooms are spacious and feature comfortable bedding.
The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great coffee. My friends especially enjoyed the late-night free delicious noodles and the complimentary Yakult in the morning.
It is located at a quiet and peaceful area, with great onsen, both jacuzzi and outdoor onsen are available. The tatami room was also great, especially if you like the tatami and futon experience.
The hotel is quite isolated in a quiet, peaceful and beautful environment, yet still easily assessible with our rental car and not too far from the famous attractions. Rooms and cacilities are clean and well managed.
