We stayed 2 nights.Very clean and lots of extras provided in the fridge and for breakfast.Kitchen was reasonably equipped.The stairs to bedroom were easy to negotiate.Steep hill to the property so we drove our car to the free car park to go to the supermarket and the town( very close and easy to find on google)Pool and pool area really nice( very clean)Shower was fantastic - lots of hot water and pressure- the best. Lovely outdoor seating in front of the apartment with a view .Hosts were friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much

The location was stunning and although 7-8 KM outside Urbino the drive into the city was straightforward and easy. Francesco was a super host and the breakfasts plus dinner one evening were delicious.
There was plenty of parking at the property.

The location is extremely peaceful with a lovely view. To reach it you have to drive on an unpaved road but it's extremely well kept and it's easy to find. The house is charming, very farm-like with many cosy personal touches and it's very warm. The sofa bed was comfortable as well as the beds. The owner is very polite, respectful and attentive.
