The property is enormous and has everything you can possibly need during your stay. If you are looking for a place with a real Italian soul where you can rest, find peace, relax and just enjoy Italy. This is the place. Location wise is super close to the main cities and villages so you can easily travel around.

Amazing! The hotel, the village and all the surroundings were so beautiful! The stuff was really helpful and the room was beautiful and had everything you need. The breakfast had lots of tasty options. And there is a really good restaurant just around the corner. Everything was with very good value! I would definitely go back there!

The Junior Suite, located in the Medieval Castle, was impressive. It had natural lighting and a small outdoor garden. The castle is very quiet and a few steps away from the spa and massage area. Staff is very helpful, polite and professional and did their best to change room types.
This mill that used to belong to the local duque has been refurbished to become a cosy guesthouse.

The beautiful village of Cesi & Molina Del Duca are a perfect combination. It's such a beautiful part of Umbria. We stayed here as a base to visit Cascate Delle Marmore. This is a fabulous B&B. Our room was large, comfy bed, great air conditioning as it was hot, wonderful pool area & fabulous restaurant. Parking was easy too in a designated car park. Breakfast was great with eggs cooked to order. The staff were seriously amazing. We needed to see a GP to get some AB's for my husband who had a chest infection after getting covid 2 weeks earlier....as foreigners this was difficult. Pasquale the owner went above & beyond to find us one & we were so grateful. If I could score higher I would. We look forward to returning soon.
Situated within 17 km of Cascata delle Marmore and 17 km of Piediluco Lake, La Tenuta dei Fiori features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ferentillo.

This hotel is in a beautifully converted abbey in a stunning, peaceful setting with great views! It is full of charm and character. The rooms are simply furnished with quality furniture but have modern amenities and good wifi, providing a sense of authenticity but with the necessary modern conveniences. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The adjacent restaurant (separately owned) is also very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is very good value for money.

Excellent owner, so flexible for our needs to change the date of stay there, due to car repair. He served delicious breakfast, much better than continental breakfast. Wonderful house with antuque furniture. We had feeling we are in English victorian mansion. Very well mantained. The owner has passion to antique interior. Rooms very newly renovated, comfortable and clean. All the best. We really appreciate.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
This is a proper 4-star hotel with the luxury you would expect. Excellent location on the edge of the Old Town. Large room, with a magnificent outlook over the surrounding countryside.
Borgo Della Marmotta is a gorgeous, peaceful hotel in the Umbria countryside. The hotel was so beautiful and had an excellent restaurant and pool area. The rooms are generously sized with all the amenities you need. We had such a relaxing time there and would love to return.
Breakfast was exceptional. By far the best choice and variety of anywhere we have ever stayed.
The view overlooking Spoleto from the garden and pool can only be described as magical.
Liked the fact that although close to Spoleto, only a 5 minute drive, the property was tucked away so very quiet and peaceful.
Perfect location in the centre of town but combined with amazing views over the countryside and beautiful garden. We were in the lap of luxury with gorgeously designed rooms and a wonderful breakfast. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help, including collecting us from the station when we arrived and dropping us off again when we departed.
Spoleto is a superb location and the Hotel dei Duchi is superbly located to visit the town. The staff is friendly and ready to help, the room was quiet, clean, and offered a great view on the countryside. The most important monuments of the town are near and, finally, the Hotel is surrounded by some interesting restaurants. The paid price is good for the value of the Hotel. I warmly recommend this Hotel.
The apartment is very spacious and had been decorated with flair and taste while preserving the historical aspect . It was very grand and furnished with style. The location was very convenient for accessing all major attractions and restaurants. The apartment is located in an historical building and was quiet and peaceful and delightfully cool in the heat of Summer. The kitchen had all equipment required to self cater but the restaurants in Spoleto had a delicious variety of food.
