Andrea and his teams are exceptional. They take so much care and see that you enjoy your stay at Villa Sant' Anna. From recommengin to booking restaurants, helping you if streets are closed, recommending beaches that are good for your group, always with a smile.... The breakfast is small, but the offered food is really good.
The rooms have a good size and everything you need. You can sit outside and enjoy the countryside.
What I also really liked was that the room was cleaned every day - especially nice if you go to the beach.

Very spacious, well-maintained complex with great vegetation. Charmingly furnished apartments in a subtle Mediterranean style. Very nice, large pool, which was almost always empty in the off-season as the water was very fresh. Very well organized car parking place. A washing machine that works by chip insertion (buy at reception). The entire complex is very dog-friendly! The breakfast for 12 euros is of very good quality, but has a limited selection. The location of the Podere Conte is great for excursions in the surrounding area: Castagneto Carducci (charming mountain village) and Bolgheri (great food and wine). A trip to beautiful Lucca is about 1 hour away and is definitely worthwhile.

Beautiful pool with stunning view of the country side. Staff was ever so helpful to organise everything for us from winery tour to horse riding experience and other advice on places to visit. Restaurant is also very handy, allowing to relax without having to take the car. Lovely overall!

Words can’t describe how perfect this place is. Quiet location, clean pool, delicious food and very helpful and friendly staff. We couldn’t ask for more. It’s the place we were dreaming about and looking for: old fashioned vila with an amazing Tuscany hills view around.

The apartment is quite big, clean and fully equipped. It is located on the hill approximately 15 minutes to the beach by car. The nights were quiet and peaceful. Lucia is very friendly and helpful.

The place is located in a quiet mountain area. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and the owner was super helpful and introduced us a lot about the surrounding area and towns. Breakfast was great, and there're nice facilities like playground for kids, table tennis and a pool on the site.
Parking was also convenient and free of charge.
