I was visiting family in Mosciano and this was the perfect location from which to get around the area. The views of the mountains and the sea were magnificent. Roberto and the rest of the staff were attentive, professional and very helpful. A beautiful and fun place to stay. I would recommend highly and look forward to staying again in the future!

Absolutely amazing place, located on the hill overlooking the town and sea. A very welcoming atmosphere and service made me feel at home. Great hosts and atmosphere.
Swimming pool - just below the house, new and good for swimming and with a view of surrounding hills. Magic at sunset.
Food - amazing restaurant - breakfast, and coffee on the terrasse. You can have a great dinner there as well. Book your place as it is a popular spot.
The room was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfy, WIFI was good for my work.

Delightful hotel in a safe area close to the motorway but quiet, lovely small car park surrounded by lemon trees, charming staff, comfortable spacious rooms, spectacular breakfast - all in a superb stay!
A very spacious comfortable apartment nicely remodeled and decorated. Excellent location, close enough to the beach and overall quiet place. Leo was an outstanding host. We can't wait to go back year after year.
Just a note that the railroad is nearby and you could occasionally hear the trains go by but the apartment is sufficiently sound proof when the windows are closed so we weren't much bothered with the trains passing.
Nice location on the hills over San Benedetto with a 5 mins drive into town. Nice and quiet with a warm welcome. Rooms provide good basics incl aircon, good breakfast and good cooking at the dinner service with nice home cooking. Nice place to relax for a couple of days away from the crowds below.
If you are looking for privacy and quiet, this is the place to be. Beautiful cosy interior and romantic garden with swimming pool. The hosts are very nice and caring people.
The room was huge, very clean with a lovely smell, and beautifully furbished and decorated. The house is in a quiet area with shops nearby and in a few minutes walk to the beach. Antonio was very helpful all the time making our stay unforgetable.

A few minutes walk to the beach and promenade and offered parking though there was limited on street parking outside which were were fortunate to get. Room was quiet and comfortable with good A/c and comfy beds,decent shower facilities. A reasonable breakfast was offered.
Everything was perfect, the apartment was very tidy, it was very quiet and the location is in the middle of the city centre, and only 10 mins from the beach. The host is extremely nice and helpful.
