The best part of our stay was definitely the extremely friendly, helpful and caring family hosts despite our short stay. The property has very nice views and wished we had more time to explore the surroundings. Our room was of a goods size and clean. Breakfast was good and sweet based but they were able to help with last minute requests for our kids savoury wants.

We really enjoyed sitting in the garden area, especially after a long drive on the autostrade. Breakfast choices covered a large table, and completely satisfied us. In the room the windows had pulldown retractable screens, so no mosquitoes.

The hotel is outside the city center of Cosenza, it is closer to the city Rende and is suitable for accommodation for visits to the University of Calabria. The rooms are spacious, have good air conditioning, and are quiet.
Very confy appartment, super clean and great little kitchen with everything you need, shower with good water pressure and plenty hot water. Great to rest when hiking the mountains! Also they have a family of adorable dogs in the entrance :)

Beautiful building in quiet surroundings well outside the unappetising city of Cosenza. The room was comfortable and quiet, the staff friendly and multilingual. Breakfast was great with a wide ranging choice of sweet and savoury. They are dog friendly. Christmas decorations were a joy to behold.
We really enjyed the peaceful area, the fine air, the views; we had a car, so there was no problem to get around; I also walked to university to a conference and was about 15 minutes. Vary clean place and well organised and pleasant, bed was comfortable and bathroom with shower also very comfortable and new. The price was very reasonable for the quality of our stay, we would go back if in the area.
The room was big and comfy. The shower was perfect. I liked the way hotel’s crew treated their guests. Also, the property was so quiet and cozy especially for those who prefer silence.
The host was very kind. The city was new to me and it was difficult to figure out how to get to the La Villeta guest house from the University of Calabria. Then, she came to pick me up voluntarily. She was very kind. All the services were above my expectations and the house was quiet. It felt like a home away from home.
Finally, I would like to thank the landlord for hosting me nicely. I hope I can come back soon.
Everything went well. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is quiet and welcoming, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The WiFi is good. They are pet friendly and welcome my dog each time I stay.
It is very quiet. Close to supermarkets, and big shops, commercial centers. Good parking area and an easy way out by car to anywhere. The rooms are clean and neat with a kitchen that you may use by negotiation. The owner and the family are so lovely, wonderful, and supportive.
