This is a strategic location to visit Lake Garda if you want to be distant from the always noisy street of Sirmione or Peschiera d.l. Garda. The large garden with a cooling pool is a reward at the end of a long day. Our dogs definitely had a great time with local dog-force. The lake visit is within reach by car or bike. The hospitality of Christine is beyond words, you just feel they have been owning the place for generations now. Once you visit, do not miss asking her about their wines. And obviously taste is a must.

we only spent one night there to meet with friends there on vacation. Absolutely fabulous accommodation! Spacious apartment that I didn’t expect. Spotless, too! We invited those friends to come for an aperitif. Easy, because we had lots of room. The kitchen hat wine glasses etc. We had dinner at the adjacent steakhouse, some 20 steps away. Much appreciated and also very good!! I marked this place on Google maps so I can easily find it in the future. Absolutely recommend!!

We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the very comfy beds. The hosts were nice and they left plently of treats for us..juices, beers, ice cream, eggs, wine..amazing! The apartment is located in a nice neighobourhood in the middle of vineyards, 10 minute car ride from.Peschiera del garda and Sirmione, 15 minute from Gardaland and 5 minute from the highway.
Beautifully restored ancient structure. Peaceful surroundings. Spectacular view. Simple tasteful decoration. Note that one bedroom only has a roof window (with remote control), If one leaves the door open, there is the view on the valley and lake.

The accommodation is truly above the average of other places of the same price. It is a fully furnished apartment with everything you need, super clean, spacious bathroom with modern facilities.

The location is in a quiet place of the countryside and you can get to Sirmione in 15mn or to Verona in 30mn. The hotel itself is a pearl with excellent service. Rooms are big, clean, well equipped. The staff is the kindest you can find and very professional.

The place is super clean and the host is very nice and welcoming. I went there for two days with my family and would recomend it to everyone who wishes to sleep in a quiet, authentic italian country house. It is very near to Sirmione and Gardaland, the breakfast is really good (thank you for the home baked banana bread) and they have a really cool cat in the back yard. Very fluffy and wants to cuddle. Excellent value for the money and we will return here for sure.
This place was wonderful. The location was so close to the Garda-lake, but still in a very quiet and peaceful area in the middle of the vineyards. The rooms were not with the usual layout but worked well for our family. The pool area was very nice. Breakfast was much more than we expected. We only stayed for three nights and would have wished to stay a few more.
