The staff was very friendly, the breakfast had multiple choices, the room was clean and the AC worked well. Having a restaurant in the building is a plus for those who don’t want to drive to have dinner. The place is within driving distance (less than 30 minutes) to Narni, mole di Narni, Marmore falls and many other touristy places.

Gorgeous property in the middle of the nature. Fantastic rooms and a splendid pool. The food is home made and simply outstanding---high gourmet dinners and breakfasts. The owners of the property are exceptionally kind, and went out of their way to make sure that we had a fine time. The only way to describe the property is "charming".
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
Nice and very helpful host family. Quiet and independet accomodation with a phantastic view from the bathroom, which is new and pretty also.
Orte is a good place for visiting Roma, because the train needs only 45 min. The station is 3 km away. I liked this accomodation.

Good location for a quick stop-over with very easy access from and to the motorway. Despite this it was quiet and very nicely appointed. Very friendly staff and the food was good.

The town was interesting and peaceful. The owners were great people. The view from the windows was great. A selection of breakfast food items available at your leisure. Simple and good places to eat nearby.
Everything was very good. Spacious apartment. Plenty of coffee and food. Well stocked fridge. Plenty of free parking. Very quiet. TV in sitting and bedroom. Proprietor was very informative and helpful, actually drove us the short distance into into town and subsequently picked us up. In town of Orte plenty of good restaurants and very steeped in history and old buildings, also with guided tours of underground tunnels.
Very kind staff and hosts. Nice view on the valley, romantic location, in the middle of the countryside and good for relaxing and disconnect from the urban and busy everyday life. It's good as a base for visiting cities in Umbria and North Latium
