Our hostess, Maria communicated with us prior to our arrival and kept us informed with travel suggestions and places to eat. We had to leave for the airport early and she was quick to accommodate us with a hot breakfast at 7am, earlier than the usual breakfast time. The rooms were clean and came with little extras of slippers and candy. The entire facility was clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of parking available and we loved the fact that we were out of Venice in a quiet area but only a 20 min drive to the airport. Excellent facility and would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay. The infrastructure (bed, bathroom, room) as well as the location are very good (peaceful, strategically connected to Venezia, safe and clean). The hospitality is exceptional because Lorenzo, the owner, runs the place with passion, giving attention to all details and offering services (cleaning) and products (breakfast) at a very high quality. I just can not recommend enough this place and Lorenzo. Thank you for the great stay!
Clean green environment, very kind, friendly and helpful proprietors. We were well catered for, including unlimited bottles of water and a delicious breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation central for our requirements with safe and secure parking.

Really nice property with an amazing garden - perfect for rest. The location is very good - far better and more beautiful than Mestre. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to Piazale Roma (beware that only half of the buses 53E use this stop, others are traveling through the village of Malcontenta and the stop is a little bit further (6-7mins by foot).
The host is really nice, helping and with good sense of humor. The room was big,clean, quiet with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
