The property is wonderful with all the personal items on display, it gives the touch of a home. The property looks like in the pictures and the location is great.
The room was specious and clean. bed and pillow were comfortable and the bathroom had all needed amenities.
The host was very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, walkable to pienza and in good distance to other surrounding towns.
Everything was very well maintained on site, the grounds were beautiful.. The rooms were of a high standard and very clean. The pool area is lovely with a fantastic sunset.

They came out to meet us with an earlier entry, waited for us with coffee.
They went out of their way to recommend us places to have lunch as well as schedule a wine tasting in a neighboring place.

Amazing hosts - Anna was spectacular and catered to every request.
It was a lovely, spacious and homely resort. It had all the facilities that a family would require. Super central to all the major Tuscan towns.
Great pool, BBQ facilities and a lovely grassed, contained courtyard (especially with roaming children) to spend the evenings were stand outs.

This small B&B in heart of Tuscany really deserves its high rating and is a very good price for value. It was an experience to stay in this old, charming rural house in Tuscany, and get introduced with its very nice hosts Carolina and Paolo. We loved lovely morning swim, beautiful house and its surroundings, liked delicious breakfasts. It was special to eat Carolina's hens eggs. Carolina really cares her guests, is authentically kind and pleasant in communication. She is also attentive - she really cared that every our wish would be fullfilled as well as possible. I love tea, and it was very cozy to drink tasty herbal teas in room every evening, and there was even a lovely jar with some nice biscuits. This place will be highly appreciated by guests, who want to see a real Tuscany and meet kind Italians.

Great location, great cycling in the area. Some nice restaurants nearby. The restaurant in the B&B is not open every night but when it is dont miss it.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
I travelled with a group of friends and this renovated farm had very luxurious rooms, yet felt very homely. Amazing location and views of the grain fields and the cypress trees, typical Tuscany. The place was clean and our breakfast (which was included) was absolutely amazing! Very friendly hosts as well!

Amazing location in the quiet village of Monticchiello. Beautiful studio on the second floor with a splendid view over the valley. Wonderful double bed and very nice and functional bathroom. Amazing help of our host Sarah with anything you need.
One of the best places we stayed in 3 weeks through Tuscany. Our three female hosts who were running the show were sweet and accommodating and we totally enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. Tranquility, serenity and a really nice homemade breakfast were the highlights of our stay. Driving up the unpaved road in a small car was no issue. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, we had a fridge in the room and it was soo quiet ... lovely!
We had an amazing afternoon, night and morning and this beautiful house. The owners welcomed us into their cellar where we spent time sharing their home-made wine, local charcuterie, bread and olive oil. In the evening we enjoyed a small dinner in the garden, watching the sunsets and then the stars. The night was incredibly quiet and I slept like a baby. In the morning, I rushed to open my window to enjoy the view while waking up.
Beautiful property affording a luxurious stay. The pool and surrounding areas were spotless with spectacular views. The staff were always there for us attending to all of our needs. What a fantastic experience!
