The breakfast was good and well served. Espresso, cappuccino, croissants, and other sweets were available, along with different jams.
The room was comfortable, with a relaxable bed and an additional single bed for our son.
The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived late in the evening, he contacted me by phone to ensure I found the room key. There is a beautiful view from the area outside the reception and dining room!

It's a beautiful location, very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Massimiliano and his girlfriend are very nice hosts, very friendly and give a lot of tips. We really recommend to have the breakfast, locally sourced sweets and savoury with the best coffee. The room is beautiful as well, very big and clean and everything you need. We had a private balcony but could also use the communal terrace. The only regret is that we only stayed here for two nights, we definitely will be back!
The house is located in a very beautiful and peaceful place. There is a beautiful view on the sea and the mountains. The 2 beautiful towns of Monterubbiano and Moresco are located in the nearby hills and can be visited by walk in less then hour. The closest beach is about 15 minutes by car. The host lives right next door and is very helpful in case of the house and surrounding area. We spent a very nice time in this house.
Everything was perfect. The location is great, almost in the heart of a lovely small town, with amazing view towards the distant countryside and mountains. The apartment is basically all new, very beautifully decorated, with large kitchen area good for cooking, and comfortable beds in the second floor. Even though the weather has been very hot during our stay, it was possible to cool down the apartment during the night to have a good sleep.
