we only spent one night there to meet with friends there on vacation. Absolutely fabulous accommodation! Spacious apartment that I didn’t expect. Spotless, too! We invited those friends to come for an aperitif. Easy, because we had lots of room. The kitchen hat wine glasses etc. We had dinner at the adjacent steakhouse, some 20 steps away. Much appreciated and also very good!! I marked this place on Google maps so I can easily find it in the future. Absolutely recommend!!

This is a strategic location to visit Lake Garda if you want to be distant from the always noisy street of Sirmione or Peschiera d.l. Garda. The large garden with a cooling pool is a reward at the end of a long day. Our dogs definitely had a great time with local dog-force. The lake visit is within reach by car or bike. The hospitality of Christine is beyond words, you just feel they have been owning the place for generations now. Once you visit, do not miss asking her about their wines. And obviously taste is a must.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
We stayed in the mini mobile home and it was really great. Loads of storage and air conditioning worked great. The site feels quiet and spacious and the tenting pitches all have lake views. It’s a perfect place to stay on lake Garda.
Location is really great, personnel is mega friendly and customer oriented. Davide was our host and he is really great. He changed our booked accommodation to the villa close to the beach and also helped to extend our stay. Everyone may find villa there based on wishes. You may stay in quiet place, or close to beach or to swimming pool. Also great place for big company, family holidays and very pet friendly.

Great location near the lake and pools very nice and clean. Extra good was the quiet pool for adults only. Good parking and very friendly staff. Good air conditioning in the apartment.
Not a typical Garda lake hotel, but in its category a very good one. The helpfulness and service of the staff is exceptional, the lake view is breathtaking. Directly on the beach, close to many good restaurants in the evening. No car trafic, so quiet and fresh air. Good parking.
The House and the residence was very quiet and peaceful with nice facilities and a perfect home set.
The reception and welcoming was very nice and easy as well as the keys return.
The house was exactly as decribed in booking.com and we loved the possibility to use 2 different courtyards for dining and/or relaxing outside near the garden.
The swimming pool was not crowded and it was pleasant to swim anytime during the day.
