We stayed there during our Italia Coast 2 Coast walk. The facility is some distance from the town where we finished the day's walking, so our host picked us up and drove us to the agrotourismo. They also drove us to a restaurant as there were none close, and it was an excellent choice. Altogether a fabulous place and wonderful hosts.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
So many things. Beautiful house and grounds, so peaceful, very lovely. Hosts went above and beyond and were just lovely - so helpful when our flight was delayed and just lovely hosts.
The owner helped me with my transportation to the B&B, much appreciated. And he directed me to a good restaurant for lunch after my arrival. This location is ideal to attend performances at Arena Sferisterio because it is less than one block away, but on a quiet side street. No air conditioning, so the windows are kept open and my room had a fan, and I kept it running so I could sleep.
Lovely hotel: I had a very spacious room with a wonderful view over the roofs. It was really clean and quiet. The kettle in the room was a very nice detail. Breakfast was really good and varied

Couldn't utilise garage parking space as my vehicle was too tall. Owner cheerful and clear communicator. Tried to solve vehicle issue with me. Beautiful location, friendly hosts, clean, quiet. I had a rental car - it would be tricky getting to/from here and to sightsee without a car. Hosts don't speak English but were super friendly and called a friend who spoke English to communicate with me. I wish I spoke Italian!

We had a large enough bedroom but with the use of a large balcony and small lounge area and a lovely garden, the overall accommodation was all we could possibly want. It was very very hot weather when we were there but the air-conditioning unit coped very well. In a very quiet neighbourhood with parking outside. We had keys to come and go as we pleased. Easy quick access to city by car from a lovely location at the edge.
