The owners and staff were superb. They were helpful and friendly and we now consider them our new friends and extended family in Salento.
The room is beautiful, new, and clean. The views are outstanding. It’s nice to have a pool for relaxing. And all of the food was excellent. We loved the farm to table concept. Everyone works very hard to make the stay great.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Allorello with Uwe and Geny. They have been such kind and helpful hosts I really appreciated. They are also great cook as we shared some really cool dinners !
The place itself is really comfortable with few rooms to feel in a really peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The view on the olive trees and sea is simply stunning offering perfect beakfast spot and fire sunset.
