The location is wonderful! You can see the town of Gubbio across the valley right in fornt of you and it's picture-perfect! The apartments were spacious, spotlessclean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of homemade pies and many other things. The staff was very helpful and gave us some tips of where to go for lunch and dinner. Nicoletta was welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was large and clean and we spent a lovely afternoon there. I'm going back!

Large room in a lovely setting. Nice pool and plenty of places to lounge. Nicely landscaped. Beautiful areas to sit. Great restaurant, it was nice to have a night at the property with good local produce and wines. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

Breakfast excellent. Fantastic swimming pool. Hosts and staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, very helpful indeed. Good value for money and good sized accommodation in the two apartments we rented for family of 4 adults. Very handy location (if you’ve got transport) for Perugia and Assisi, which was beautiful. Plenty of outside space with seating and parasols. Very good pool terrace.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
I was upgraded to a room with a toilet, shower and terrazzo!
Breakfast catered for me not liking eggs...second morning I was offered cheese instead.
Rocky (my dog) was made to feel just at home as I was!
I would recommend this B and B to all travellers to Gubbio... close to the town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet in the neighbourhood...Loved the amphitheatre close by. Get the owner to show you the book he wrote!
Apartment in a historic house located in the very center of Gubbio, a few steps away from the main square. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with single beds. Each (double) bedroom has its own bathroom. Wonderful garden with a table, lounge chairs, etc. Very quiet - only the sound of birds singing.
The location is fabulous. Situated in a gorgeous valley nearby Gubbio, the hills and the views from the facility are breathtaking. The green areas and gardens on the site are well organised and offer plenty of space to find peace and quiet and shade on hot days. The pool and sun loungers area are no longer brand new but still functional and very convenient on summer days. The apartment we stayed in was refurbished fairly recently and it came with an electric hobs, oven, and fridge.
A luxury, fully equipped apartment on 2 floors in a magnificiently preserved 1300 palace located in the very centre of Gubbio old town, at a very reasonable price.
Lovely place, lovely room, nice environment, everything is there you might need for a holiday, everything is clean in the room, kitchen and bathroom, the room pleasant, quiet, the air is fresh, the themperature is just perfect without using the air conditioner, the landlady is helpful, quick in answering to every question and request.
Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, excellent food and we loved the cakes for breakfast! So peaceful and therefore made for a very relaxing week.
Great communications from the hosts. Apartment feels new, lovely large terrace. Spotless. Hospitable family. Fesh fruit and walnuts in the kitchen on arrival. They moved one of their vehicles from their carport so my motorcycle could be under cover. Comfortable beds, quiet location, good night’s sleep. Good English spoken by some of the family. Easy reach of Gubbio città.
Nikis is incredible. We couldn't have asked for a more luxurious, quaint, relaxed and romantic location. Everything you imagine from an Italian countryside stay. The service was impeccable. Food 5 star and amazing wine options. Will never forget those views. Easy drive from Rome and then onto Florence.
