Clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Very peaceful nestled among olive groves. Short drive to Montefalco. The owners Luciano and Anna are so kind and very helpful in suggesting places that are good for sightseeing. Parking is easy and on site.

The flat was quiet, clean, comfortable and very conveniently located just a short walk fro the station and everything else in the town. The decor was modern and pretty. Importantly, there was air conditioning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at the Hotel. The location was wonderful and peaceful in a valley with wooded mountains to either side. The facilities were excellent (we particularly liked the on-site spa) and the restaurant provided wonderful meals every evening. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

The location is great in a quiet area in a nice surrounding. Spacious cleans rooms en very friendly staff at the breakfast and especially the restaurant during dinner.
It's a beautiful big building with a lot of rooms and common areas. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable, it's also a quiet area so I slept great.
The bunk beds have power sockets, no shelves but you can leave your things on a close chair.
You get clean bed sheets with your hands and make your bed.
