I’m so happy we picked this accommodation. Our hosts were lovely, always there if we needed anything. Breakfast was great! Half of the food is on the table and the other half is ordered. We tried focaccia and sandwiches which they make later in the day, everything was perfect! The property is surrounded by greenery and there is a light music for great atmosphere. The pool is big and has enough deck chairs. The best accommodation on this trip! Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was great and diverse, facilities super clean and authentic. Although not in front of the beach it was close enough to drive around and to reach many cities / beaches (Lecce, Nardò, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, Pescoluse, Baia Verde).
Rita is soooo nice and has such a great hospitality. She provided us with great tips for the beach, restaurants to try and even prepared us a breakfast to eat on the day of departure as we had to leave quite early.

Everything perfect. There was a birthday during my stay and the owner was so kind to suggest me another room as I was in the main building. But I stayed in my room and with the door from the bedroom, we can’t hear anything so it’s well isolated. The facilities have a classic design, making it home and comfy. I loved the vibe although I’m in low season. I will happily come back !
And the breakfast is also very cute. It’s not a continental breakfast like most of hotels it’s more like a breakfast made by “grandma”, sweet cakes, juice, yogurt etc. I loved it !

It is a beautiful mansion renovated and managed with love by the family who owns it. The garden is magnificent. You can relax on the swimming pool or enjoy beautiful sunsets in the garden.

Perfect quiet place to visit Salento. Beautiful and confortable home. The hosts Roberto and Roberta received us like family. Mussa cooked wonderful breakfasts and suppers. Very convenient to eat at the masseria after driving all day.
Roberto speaks very good french and english and give us very good informations on places to visit and itineraries.

villa Lupia is perfect situated on quiet place. just 20 minutes from Lecce and 20 minutes from Otranto. I cannot decide was it better for exploring surroundings or just chilling by the pool. And not to forget our host Anna who is amazing.
