Our stay was really lovely and we found the property easily by Google maps. Offered stunning views, spacious apartments which were fully heated and comfortable - exactly what we needed for our short stay in January. Good quality WiFi that was included.
The host provided us with a lot of information about shops, where to eat etc. which was really helpful for us over our stay.
Very reasonably priced for the two apartments we had booked - even recieved a lovely upgrade. We would defintely return!

Very quiet place, very good position to reach all the surrounding place of interest like bagni di san Filippo, Montepulciano, caseificio cugusi and a lot more. Staff very friendly and helpful, they suggested where to eat and booked the table for us. Nice breakfast with many different choices, croissants were amazingly good!

We were a group of 4 and stayed just one night (should have been at least one more). Quiet place, very clean, small garden as sitting area in the front of the house, everything there for making breakfast: milk and coffee, tea, sparkling water, biscuits, jam. Just perfect.

The villa was superb. It was modern and stylish and very comfortable. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the location was very peaceful We enjoyed the use of the pool.
The apartment was spacious and everything we needed was available. Care was taken to details. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Enrica, the owner, was very helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water.The location is at a quiet spot with a nice view and within short distance from nice old villages and hiking spots. So in one word “top”
This stay was absolutely lovely! Beautiful house in the middle of the nature. The pool has a breathtaking view, such as our terrace. It is so peaceful and quiet, you are practically alone.
Everything is clean and the kitchen is well equipped.
We stayed in the bigger apartment with 4 adults, it was spacious.
