Very simple but clean and comfortable. The host was lovely, the location was perfect for the Via Degli Dei and there were plenty of great places to eat nearby! It also had the BEST view from the bedroom window!

Located about 45-min above Florence, I chose this place to be central to other cities I wanted to visit. It’s also at least 5 degrees cooler than in Florence during the hot August month. The family hosting this property is very welcoming, professional and super nice - and Massimo, the host was nice enough to recommend a couple of routes while visiting other cities in Tuscany.
Also when I asked about the dinner recommendations for Florence, I found out that the host’s uncle owns a restaurant named Alfredo in the center of the city - and that dinner was a delight - they were busy with both the locals and the tourists. 😃
The hosts were also welcoming to my 2 small dogs. Overall, the place was clean, the hosts were super nice and the whole place has a relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting, lovely pool and garden. Inviting living room and the breakfast room was very nice. My dietary restrictions were accommodated with an amazing breakfast. I was even able to cook tofu with Italian seasonings which turned out great! My bedroom was large and roomy. I was given a ride to the beginning of the Via Degli Dia in the morning and also a load of laundry was washed for me which was very appreciated!!

It was nice and quiet which we all loved after a wedding. Patricia had food which we appreciated immensely after not finding anyplace to eat in a Monday. We loved everything about. My bed was extremely comfortable. Thank you again. We really wish we had been able to spend more than one night.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
The view, the green and quiet surrounding, the lovely hosts and the amazing food in the nearby restaurant, its ours dog's heaven (tutti saluti di olympia!)
The place is impeccably furnished with great attention to detail and taste. It is set in a peaceful environment and we would've loved to stay longer.
The South African war cemetery is beautifully maintained and does honour to our countrymen resting there.
This was a great one night getaway in the hills after a long day in florence.
We were really glad we booked it as it was such an incredible experience to stay in this old house from 1700. The owners are really nice and they even arranged for us to get dinner at the local pizzeria even though the were full. We knew that it wasnt going to be luxurious but that was exactly what we wanted and we were really happy waking up with those views in the morning!
The room is comfortable for 3 people, bathroom was big and well equipped. It was very clean. The host was very kind. Breakfast is delicious, with home made pastries, eggs, fruits, etc. Location is right in the middle from Bologna to Firenze, in the countryside, house with horses and beautiful landscape.
THE BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER BEEN!!! The view is fantastic! Quiet, close to nature, with a friendly dog and beautiful horses. This is a place where you can hide from the world! The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very cozy. The house is a hundreds-year-old building with matching furniture. We were treated wonderfully, the hosts are very kind and lovable! They also helped us travel because our car broke down. We are very grateful for them! We hope to come back again!
We had a lovely stay here. Highly recommend. The hosts Willy and Tutti were very accomodating. Taking us to and from the train station, making dinner reservations for us at a great Italian restaurant, walking distance from the accomodation.
