I loved the general area of the accommodation. There are many interesting villages around to check, but of course you have to travel by car.
The house is very interesting, a corner of history worth trying for a night. You have nice old objects around in the rooms and on the hallways. The breakfast didn't have many options, it is not a buffet, but for me was enough and I loved the breakfast room.

Location of the castle, golf course nearby. It was a stunning location, green, peaceful with beautiful views.
However guest service needs improvement as well as room cleaning. AC didn’t work well in the room and beds are pillows were not comfortable. It was surprising to find out that access to the pool was at extra charge per person. Not what you expect for the price you pay.
Historical restored castle were Giacomo Casanova stayed for awhile. Fascinating interior and beautiful garden where I could take a nice stroll. Breakfast was generous and had quite a lot of choices.
Being far from everything and on Christmas night, with only another family staying, it was very quiet, total bliss.
Also I appreciated the cuisine of the Hosteria del Castello, which is few meters away, recommended.
This is a lovely quiet place, set in green countryside not far from interesting cultural places and restaurants. There's no restaurant on site and breakfast is very minimal, but there's round the clock tea/coffee and even wine if you want it. It provided a good stop-over place for us on the way south.
Beautiful house, huge kitchen for all the family to gather. Pretty garden with BBQ and an outside shower to cool off when sunbathing. The location is stunning, it’s peaceful and quiet but only a short bike ride to the village where you can buy delicious fresh bread and pastries. Such a wonderful place to stay for a large family or group of friends.
The quiet location in the middle of the winefields with a view on the castle. The breakfast on the terrace is very relaxing. Also the service at the breakfast is very pleasant. Safe and easy parking. Pleasant check in.
A wonderful place even for a short break. Beautiful and peaceful environment. Surrounded by vineyards. Pleasant and quiet staff, clean apartments, breakfast in a beautiful castle that you can walk or drive to. Promenades, bike paths… A little inconvenience the first night with air conditioning was repaired and can not spoil this wonderful stay.
We will come for sure again.
