The rooms are big with plenty of space. There are also common rooms and lounges that you can use.
The outdoor patio for breakfast in the shade was another thing we liked.

I liked the location, at the same time quite remote and a short drive from a city of Matelica, I liked there was a lot of trees and a lot of space all-around. I liked that when we asked for toilet paper, cutting board and a knife they were provided in short time.

Cristina and her family were very hospitable and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The location is about 3 kms outside Camerino and we loved the peace and quiet in the midst of nature and the amazing views. We didnt have a car and Cristina and her father were kind enough to drive us around when we needed. Highly recommended and we will be staying here if we visit Camerino again

Lovely location with peace and quiet all around. With just three houses it is the perfect place for some relaxing time. The pool with beautiful views and a nice shared space with picknick tables and barbecues makes for a perfect summer get away. While we were staying in one of the houses, only one was occupied for a few days overlapping with our stay. So we barely saw the other users. Roberto and Micaela were lovely hosts who sent us great tips of things to do and eat in the neighbourhood and with small practicalities like groceries. The house has everything you need, with kitchen gear, towels and extra blankets at night.

I last stayed here on the night of the 2016 earthquake, so was pleased to return for a quieter time. The staff were exceptionslly helpful as we addressed a problem issue we had encountered with our travel, and our junior suite was spacious, comfortabel and a delight, with a glorious view up to Camerino (sadly still mostly closed due to the earthquake). This is a real find, situated beautifully amonythe rolling hills, and with a very decent restaurant. Highy recommended.
