Regardless of the bad weather i had a soul searching time in here. The view from my room facing the Ganga was mezmarizing. It was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful rooms and very polite service, I loved it! Facilities 10/10, luxury and comfortable. Very nice location and view from the rooms, specially roof top, best Rishikesh experience, I felt like in the movie Siddhartha 1872, the place keeping that peaceful spirit of old holy Rishikesh and I felt like at home, very appreciate Himalaya Stay and team of this place, you are the best! I enjoyed the Ganga view sunrise and it is just a 100 meter walk to the river banks for the evening Artii.
There is good restaurants in the area and also this area was the most peaceful in the city, but still close to everything.
I will come back to stay at Himalaya Stay again in the future.
One of the best, I could find in Tapovan Area. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, and budget is not the concern, I highly recommend this property. Everything is within walking distance. Great staff, good breakfast, and coffee, clean and big rooms. The rooms are as per the pictures provided here. A dedicated yoga area/workspace is also available on the terrace which is really nice and relaxing.
Location is easily accessible. Not too hiking. Worth it location, surrounding are still a bit raw as constructions but beside that amazing place and hostel to stay at. Peaceful.
If you want a quiet, peaceful stay in Rishikesh near the main spots, this is it. I was expecting it to be right in the middle of the city however I was pleasantly surprised to find it feels more like a village. Just the perfect peaceful getaway in the middle of Rishikesh!
Helpful host, gave us advice about hiking routes and local restaurants. Location is perfect, you can walk to lots of shops, restaurants and yoga places, but it is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful place. I loved to walk to Moktan Cafe every day for masala chai and cake! We originally booked 2 night, but ended up staying for 5.
