Lovely vibe, super warm and helpful staff. The manager gave customised recommendations on places to go to, things to see, where to eat in a 5km radius etc. I felt really well looked after

The bedroom and particularly bathroom in the peace room were very comfortably laid out. The bathroom had. A luxurious feel. If was nice being able to choose from several dining areas and I enjoyed browsing the books on the bookshelf. Staff were very sweet and accommodating.
This is a quiet location in an attractive heritage building where we were looked after extremely well by Nicole, David and their excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble and their attempts to ensure all our meals suited our western tastes were much appreciated. A major highlight was the abundance of bird life which has undoubtedly put the Batim area high up on our Indian holiday return visit list. Very highly recommended.
Lovely old family colonial home in quiet surroundings. David, the owner, was so helpful and welcoming. Local specialities for dinner and good breakfast. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
The location is very beautiful, the view of the lake and the pool area particularly lovely. Our hostess Maria could not have been more helpful, she attended to our every need including doing our laundry and organising transport. However, the location may not suit all, it is very quiet and a taxi is needed to go anywhere. The villa was spacious and it was delightful sitting in the porch reading. Perfect for a relaxing few days.

A fascinating old home, beautifully kept. Very comfortable and a beautiful quiet location. This is not the beach type of Goa but is a quiet village steeped in culture. David and Nicole are wonderful hosts and Susheela’s cooking is great.
The Location is convenient. The surroundings are calm and peaceful. The property owner is very friendly and helpful in planning the visits. The breakfast is excellent and delicious.
For the lunch or the dinner you’ll have to inform in prior for preparations.
