We had the most lovely overnight boat cruise with Tharas houseboat.The crew were lovely and it was so peaceful floating through the backwaters.The food cooked on boat was excellent and the whole trip felt very luxurious, we highly recommend it.

This is a must in Kerala We took a luxury cruise and spent the night on the boat.it was an unforgettable experience.upper is very well furnished and very comfortable I am shure this the best boat in Alappey backwaters we saw lots of boat but most of the boat are closed this is the best boat.we spent one night,but I would have loved to stay another night.the boat docks in a place peaceful and excellent relaxing atmosphere,the food was exquisite the staff very friendly and had excellent communication. Lovely stay near the beach. Peaceful, quiet, and with a nice included breakfast. Host was helpful on WhatsApp for all things including tuk tuks and dinner delivery.
Great location. It was a family home which they rent out the 4 separate bungalows when the family aren’t staying there. It was quiet and private. Tastefully designed. Luxurious and comfortable.?

Jose’s homestay is a peaceful and welcoming property in the quiet backstreets of Alleppey, Jose and the staff who work there are all incredibly helpful and make you feel at home. The room was top notch, spacious, comfortable and clean !
We also went on a half day backwater boat cruise organised by the host, this was a surreal experience, including a delicious breakfast and lunch .
