Daniel and Tina were very friendly and did their utmost to make us feel welcome. The B&B is very well maintained and the room was spotless clean. Comfy bed and lots of space for our things. Despite some of the reviews the WIFI was good. We stayed for a week and had a great time. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Red Gate House is the perfect place to wind down and relax.
The host, Wilson, was extremely welcoming and always ready to help. His breakfast is fabulous. It is so nice to have fresh vegetables and fruits, which is much more healthy than the usual Irish breakfast.
The room was very large, very comfortable (with a long size bed), comfortable seats and a large and nice terrace with seats and table. The bathroom was also perfect.
The place is extremely quiet, in the middle of the nature.
A place that I highly recommend if you want to visit the Inishowen peninsula.
It is a beautiful house tastefully decorated in a gorgeous, peaceful countryside location. Wilson was the perfect host, providing a beautiful healthy breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and spotless with comfy beds.
The atmosphere was lovely in a country house on a working farm with a piano in the living area. Out in the countryside so very relaxing. Great welcome. Upgraded room with balcony, without asking. Only continental breakfast available but it was very nice and tasty with local honey from the farm. Plenty of places to eat locally and within 10km
Exceptionally well-kept country house in a peaceful green natural environment. Great location for exploring the Inishowen Peninsula and hiking in the Malin Head area. The room was very spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The host was very friendly, it was pleasant to chat with him. In the morning, a delicious and extremely nicely served breakfast was served. Everything was excellent. Thank you.
We have just returned from a three night stay at Riversdale Country House, and what a delightful stay we had.
What a fabulous property, tastefully decorated, in the most peaceful and picturess location.
The hosts Wilson and Nikki were an absolute joy, they simply could not have done enough for us.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, setting us up for our days of exploring.
We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay and would highly recommend this beautiful property. We will most defenitely return to Riversdale, thank you Wilson and Nikki.
It‘s a great location for exploring Inishowen. I loved the peace and quiet of the countryside and Wilson is a very welcoming host.
