A lovely place for a stay in a quiet but great spot on Lake Balaton. I have already stayed there once and enjoyed my stay again. The location is idyllic. Nice hosts who serve very good breakfasts in a nice outdoor setting. Balatonbereny is a low key area compared with others on southern shore of Lake Balaton but better for it. Recommend highly.
Very nice quiet garden, perfect for relaxing, we enjoyed it very much, very close to the beach. Nice hosts, very kind people who have created a really special environment for their guests, even though the accommodation is very simple, there is everything you need, it is very clean, carefully cleaned. The only thing is that the bed could be better, just for objectivity I have to confirm that it is comfortable, but it squeaks with every movement. We didnt mind the rooster, it created the atmosphere, the morning crowing didnt bother us at all :-)
It was a nice, relaxing one night stay, respite from long drive. We loved it being positioned in a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed a little stroll to private beach and swim at the lake. Plenty walk possibilities along the lake as well.. The room was recently refurbished, and every detail was chosen with care and taste. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and feeling, good as home cooked food.
We really liked the house, its really spacious and cozy. Kids loved the pool, can be used even if the weather is not that good, it has a cover. The place is ideal for quiet and relaxing holiday, the beach and shop is cca 10-15 min. walk. Any problem can be solved with the owner on the phone. Was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much, would come back anytime. Thank you 🙂
