This is a family-owned and run venue and you receive a very high level of attention. From the initial welcome and check-in, through the whole stay, there is always someone there to help you, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend looking at their website before you book as there are lots of services that are not obvious from the initial booking. They can provide breakfast, the beds are made and the villas are cleaned every day.

I liked the location, it was very close to the beach and all the restaurants with food are in the area. I really appreciated the bar on the ground floor where you can eat any breakfast for a good price, and the staff is very kind. You don't have to worry about parking spaces. On the 3rd day our towels were replaced. The host was kind and waited for us with the air conditioner turned on in the room, as it was 38 degrees outside, we also had water in the fridge. Thanks 😊

Our stay at Ktima dikopoulos was incredible. The property was exactly as described in the listing and more. The house is on a hill overlooking the ocean and the beautiful lush landscape filled with olive trees and colorful plant life and flowers. There are many cozy places to sit and enjoy the nature sounds. The outdoor area is very serene, relaxing, and tastfully decorated. Although the property is away from the city, everything is a short drive away making it the perfect location. What the listing description cannot capture is the warm hospitality of the owners. While respecting privacy, they are always available for a chat which we really enjoyed everytime. Pavlos is genuine and so lovely but also very knowledable of Zakynthos. He recommended great locations for the perfect beach destination and parts of the island based on daily weather and crowds. The interior of the house was beautiful as well. Filled with everything you need for your stay as well as many beautiful artifacts and memoribilia of his life. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner and the beds are very conforrable.
If you are an animal lover, there are two friendly dogs and many cats on the property that we grew to love. Because the property is located on an organic farm, there are many delicious fruits, jams, wines, and olive oil for purchase at very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay so much and would stay here again!

We stayed many times in Greece and in many different accommodations, but this really was the most beautiful one!! The cottages are so nicely decorated and very private, you have your own big terrace with practically your own back yard. And then the pool area with magnificent sea and Kefalonia view. In the pool bar you can order food between 09.00 and 17.00 h, this food is delicious and you do not have to order breakfast in advance. So you can decide each morning to leave early and have breakfast in your cottage or to go to the pool and have it there. Hara and Dennis are the most friendly hosts and Dennis takes the time to sit with you after your arrival with a map of Zakynthos to point out all the places, beaches and restaurants which are worth a visit. Communication with the hosts is also very good, they respond very quickly to any questions you might have. So, in short, when we ever return to Zakynthos, we will most certainly stay in Ilyessa Cottages!! Also because of the location, somewhat in the middle of the island, so you can reach all parts by car within reasonable time.

Filoxenia is a lovely place situated about (a pleasant) twenty minutes walk from Zakynthos town and about 3km from the Airport. The countryside setting is very peaceful with nice views. The room was spacious, comfortable with all amenities and was cleaned daily. Nikos, the manager, was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and contributed greatly to a most enjoyable stress-free week
I had an amazing stay at Vedi Town Luxury Apartment in Zakynthos! The apartment was beautifully designed and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location was perfect with easy access to town centre and local attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure my stay was memorable. Hotel Varres is located in quiet and nice area. We liked it, it was peaceful. Enjoying our evenings at the hotel bar, near pool. Meals from hotel restautant were delicious, and also service at the bar was very good. Nice guys. Also guys at the hotel reception were helpful. It is near to the city by car or square. Rooms are equipped by air conditioning. Rooms are cleaned every day. Hotel Varres was great choice for our vaccation on Zakynthos. :)

We had a great Time at Filoxenia Luxury Studios. The place îs amazing : quiet, clean, cozy. The garden looks fantastic. We have booked studio no 6 and we had a beautiful flower on our balcony. Nikos and his mother were very friendly and they guided us to our journey on the island , telling us about the best places to go. Foxenia is placed in a quiet area of Zakynthos. So you can relax being at 15 minutes from the center of the city. We send big hugs to Nikos and hope to see him again next year! Alina & Mihai
